1) go to youcast Settings and change app.youcast.net:8080 to  68.174.28.194:8080

2) go back to register screen, make sure the associated phone is your blackberry phone # and click the register button.

If still failed, please contact support@youcast.net

If you get "Register failed", go to "View Log", you might see error message, such as "Invalid URL parameter" or "APN is not specified", go to Options | Advance Option | TCP, check the box near "APN Setting Enabled", input your carrier's APN name. (Calll your carrier for APN detail information or google with your carrier's APN, such as T-Mobile APN).
