I'm trying to send videos and my blackberry is coming back with "error in sending".... What do I do?

I am running a Blackberry Bold 9650 (CDMA), YouCast v1.1.2.

In YouCast settings, I played around a bit and currently have:

Server: app.youcast.net:8080
Number of Senders: 1
Number of Receivers: 1
Segment Size: 64k
Keep Items: Last 50
Path: SDCard  (yes, I have an SD card)

I've been running tests the past two days to see how we would use this.  I am having an approximate 20% success rate in sending.  The other 80%, I simply get the error and the log states:

Connection: Server
Connection Error!

I am only using the same two files for testing, one 3MB video and one 300KB picture (both taken by my BB device).

In one instance, when one picture Send/upload was stalled at 0% send, I changed YouCast setting Number of Senders: 1 to 2 then started anther Send of the same file... the second initiated Send worked to completion while the first Send remained at 0% .

Pausing and resuming the first Send session seems to do no good.

What is going on?
